I'm currently the Chief of Staff at Education Analytics, a non-profit organization dedicated to using rigorous research, analytics, and technology to improve student outcomes in the K-12 U.S. education system.

I received my PhD in 2017 in Learning Sciences from the Department of Educational Psychology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with a minor in Quantitative Methods.

I have been an instructor for UW-Madison’s Learning Analytics Masters Program, teaching the course Ed Psych 575: Learning Analytics Theory and Practice.

I live in Madison, WI with my husband, two sons, and a very cute dog named Beacon.
